Identify 5 Information Technology Projects in organizations that have
failed. Include the following in each case:
Source of the project you identify (URL or source of the project
information)
Name and nature of the project i.e. what type of project
Amount of money involved and lost
The reason for the failure – i.e. what caused the failure
At what stage of the systems development life cycle the project was
when failed
Your assessment based on your findings
